In short: try Omni free for 14 days. If it earns its keep, the Founding License is $69 USD one-time for 2 devices. Keep using every version you are entitled to, permanently, including offline, with 12 months of updates from your purchase date. Refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
Customer downloads and purchases are not open yet. See launch status. The offer below describes the planned customer license.
The Founding License
- $69 USD, one-time. No subscription and no automatic billing.
- Offered to the first 20 paying customers. After that, pricing may change. Licenses already bought are not affected.
- Payment, sales tax and receipts are handled by Polar, our merchant of record.
Free trial
- 14 days from the first time you open Omni. No account and no card.
- Everything is unlocked during the trial. You can buy at any time; activating a license key switches this device to your paid license.
- Without a license after the trial, your proxy keeps routing your API traffic and Showcase (demo data) stays free. The main window’s Live cockpit views require a license.
Two devices
- Each license activates on 2 devices, any mix of supported macOS and Windows computers.
- To move a license, use Move license to another machine inside the app, then activate on the new device. If a device is lost or broken, contact support and we will help free the seat.
Versions and updates
- You may use every version you are entitled to permanently, including offline.
- You are entitled to every release published within 12 months of your purchase date, including major versions released in that window.
- After those 12 months you keep using what you have. Later releases may require a new purchase or an update offer, announced at that time.
- There are no lifetime updates. Omni depends on third-party websites and APIs (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and provider APIs) that can change without notice; we cannot promise permanent compatibility with them.
License checks and offline use
- When online, Omni re-checks the license about once a week. The check sends only your license key, our store identifier and a random install label to Polar.
- Once a license has been verified, being offline or a license-server outage never disables it. Only a definitive answer from the store, such as a refund or revocation, does.
Refunds
- Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get one, no questions asked.
- A refund deactivates the license key. The change takes effect the next time Omni verifies the license online.
- A refund never touches your API traffic, limits, keys or local data. Showcase stays available.
What the product does and does not do
- Spend limits and the kill switch apply to API traffic you route through Omni's local proxy. Traffic sent directly to a provider is not seen or controlled by Omni.
- Browser and chat-app usage is estimated where providers do not publish it, and is labeled as an estimate. Unknown values are shown as unknown, not as zero.
Governing law
These license terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
